Bequests

Magda and her husband Dwight Rodriguez moved to Ouachita Hills campus in 2006. Since then both have experienced the blessings of being part of God's plan to rightly train young people to fulfill the Gospel commission. Magda is an instructor for the Business Administration program at Ouachita Hills College. They both believe that it is important to support organizations like Ouachita Hills Ministries not only with their time and effort but also with the financial resources that God has entrusted them.

Magda: We strongly believe in the power of True Education. We have experienced how faithful is this organization on following God's counsel on True Education and we have decided to support the advancement of this work with everything that we have.

Dwight: Being instruments in God's hands, supporting a generation of youth that are committed to serve God, is the best legacy that I can leave behind.

After talking it over, we decided to leave a bequest in our will. Our attorney took the simple language available from Ouachita Hills Ministries and included a nice bequest. We are delighted that we are supporting Ouachita Hills Ministries.

Example bequest language - Please feel free to change the numbers or percentages as you desire.

1. Bequest of cash

"I bequeath the sum of $10,000 to Ouachita Hills College of Amity, AR."

2. Bequest of a percent of the estate

"I devise and bequeath 20% of the remainder and residue of property owned at my death, whether real or personal, and wherever located to Ouachita Hills College, Amity, AR."

3. Contingent Bequest

"If my brother John Doe survives me, I devise and bequeath 20% of the remainder and residue of property owned at my death, whether real or personal, and wherever located to John Doe. If John Doe does not survive me, then I devise and bequeath 20% of my residuary estate, whether real or personal property and wherever located to Ouachita Hills College, Amity, AR."
